The DS150
The DOCKSCAN is an automated pallet barcode reading system with dock code acquisition. It installs on the sides of the dock to make our logistics customers’ traceability process more reliable while improving forklift operators’ working conditions.
It can read 1D and 2D barcodes over a surface 150 cm high. This lets us handle floor-level pallets with multi-code reading. A 16MP camera films the pallet as it passes through. An NFC reader captures the dock number when the DOCKSCAN is inserted into its mount.
It interfaces with any WMS on the market via its receiver unit, which connects to your onboard IT equipment.
Onboard software lets us configure your process to send the right data to the WMS. It is then easy to carry out your loading or unloading missions.

Equipped with a Lithium battery, the DOCKSCAN can easily be moved from one dock to another thanks to its transport mounts.
Its autonomy of more than 600 scans lets you work through a full day with complete peace of mind.
A range of mounting accessories lets you position it in the best possible spot.
Each floor-fixed mount is equipped with an NFC TAG carrying the dock number.
