The 120C

The FREESCAN 120C is an automated location barcode reading system. It is integrated onto C5 and C3 handling trucks to make our logistics customers’ traceability process more reliable while improving forklift operators’ working conditions.
It can read 2D barcodes on racking beams over an area 80 cm wide by 80 cm high. It interfaces with all FREESCAN products in the WARE ID range via its ZIGBEE communication with the receiver unit, which connects to your onboard IT equipment.
Onboard software lets us configure your process to send the right data to the WMS. This makes it easy to carry out your receiving, replenishment, homogeneous pallet picking, or transfer operations.

An Essential Accessory for Location Reading

The FREESCAN 120C must always be paired with a FREESCAN 220X or FREESCAN 120I. It adds the option of reading the location code on the first racking beam, for column-based management or level-0 reading. To optimize location code reading, certain prerequisites must be met: first, the label’s size and structure, and second, the label’s position on the beam, to the right of the pallet.
