The Freescan 220X

The FREESCAN 220X is an automated barcode reading system for pallets and locations. It is integrated into C1, C3, and C5 handling trucks to make our logistics customers’ traceability process more reliable while improving forklift operators’ working conditions.
It can read 1D and 2D barcodes over an area 100 cm wide by 180 cm high. This lets us handle stacked pallets with multi-code reading. It interfaces with any WMS on the market via its receiver unit, which connects to your onboard IT equipment.
Onboard software lets us configure your process to send the right data to the WMS. This makes it easy to carry out your receiving, replenishment, homogeneous pallet picking, or transfer operations.
An AI is built in to increase reliability.

Equipped with a quad-core 8GB/32GB processor, the FREESCAN 220X ranks among the highest-performing readers on the market. Its two 20MP cameras, paired with smart lighting, deliver excellent reading performance on medium- to large-resolution SSCC codes, starting as soon as the pallet enters the forks. Thanks to the quality of its new Sony EXMOR sensor, it can also capture HD photos of pallets with every read.
By design, the 220X can be installed easily on handling trucks with no prior modifications required.
